Of course! If you are not satisfied with our services for any reason, we will fully refund you. Contact our Sales department explaining the reasons you wish to get a refund.
Yes, your services will be setup immediately after your order is received and payment has been made. For the dedicated servers, please allow 24 hours.
You can pay by either bank/wire transfer or by Paypal.

Common questions about the operation of your server
We take security very seriously. It is very common that people change their password but forget to update their credentials in their smartphone, tablet, etc. This causes the mail client of their device to fail to login. Our firewall blocks any IPs after a certain number of failed logins. In order to regain access to your server you can reset your IP if it's a dynamic one (restarting the router will do the trick) or send us your static IP so we can whitelist it.
Yes, we do. Passwords that are too weak or easy to guess, are not accepted.
Certainly! If you wish, we can take care of that for you. We are using Cloudflare's CDN service.
Digimouse is responsible for the operation of the server and not for the content that you upload to it. You are responsible for the functionality and the maintenance of your website. That being said, we are always there to provide assistance and consultation services if we can, even it is out of scope.
The following is Digimouse's DNS information. You can use this when registering a new domain name or modifying an existing domain name.

You can upgrade your plan anytime you choose. You will only pay for the difference. You can do this from your Digimouse Client Portal page.
You can manage all aspects of your account with Digimouse via our Client Portal. There you can see and edit all your services with us, your contact details, your invoices, your support tickets etc. You can also make new orders. Make sure that your contact details are always up-to-date. Failure to do so will result in loss of communication and possible termination of service. Login credentials to Client Portal are different from the login credentials to cPanel. In order to login to Client Portal you need your email (the one you used during signup and account creation) and a password.
We take incremental and scheduled backups of all Shared Hosting servers to Amazon AWS. We strongly suggest that you also take your own backup too, regularly. Use the Backup function of Cpanel.
You manage your server via cPanel. With its user-friendly interface you can control all aspects of your server. You can create new email accounts or edit or delete old ones, you can create mail forwarders, make a full backup of your website, manage your databases, install popular web applications like Wordpress, Joomla, Prestashop, Drupal etc. You can also create or purchase SSL certificates, create subdomains, park domains and more. We also provide extensive cPanel documentation for all clients (in English).
Our version of cPanel, comes with Softaculous, a nice utility that instantly and effortlessly installs the most popular web applications and scripts, like Joomla, Wordpress, Drupal, Prestashop, Moodle and more. But, of course, you can install any other script you choose by following the developer's instructions using tools like FTP and phpMyAdmin, all included in the server.
Again via cPanel, you can monitor your used monthly bandwidth and HD capacity in an instant.
Depending on the plan, you have your choice of monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, annually, or bi-annually billing. You will be notified in advance by our automated system. You can choose to pay either via Paypal or via Wire Transfer.
Not at this time. Digimouse currently runs all Linux based servers.
